Luxury New Build House – Deganwy, North Wales
The existing building on the site was demolished to make way for a very personal design as requested by the client. The site has amazing views over the Conwy Estuary and Conwy Castle (Probably the best view in North Wales) The new dwelling was designed with a Indulgent frontage facing the road, with a more contemporary feel to the rear with lots of glazing to take into account those amazing views and south facing. The Contractor (Harvey Homes) installed many state of the art gadgets for the house and some Sustainsble/Eco friendly items were used such as Solar Panels and Ground Source Heating. The hallway of the house has been designed circular with a bespoke helical staircase purpose made, even the doors in the hallway were curved. The new dwelling was started in 2009 and completed in 2010.
