New Build Modern House, Llandudno Bay, North Wales
BR Architecture was engaged by a Private Client to design a small Contemporary Open/Plan Living House Design with Stunning Views over Llandudno Bay. Due to the Steep Topography of the Site and the close proximity of the Existing Trees, the Design encompassed a Low Impact Mono pitch roof design to nestle into the Landscape. The Design incorporates Sustainable Sourced Materials such as Natural Welsh Stone, Western Red Cedar Timber Cladding, Zinc Cladding and Roof Covering. The Windows and Doors are Black Powder Coated Aluminium Triple Glazed Windows to give stunning clean lines, with a softened Oak Frame Entrance Porch. [gallery link="file"]
