To get your project off the ground you will need an initial site visit to discuss your proposals – (Free Advice)
BR Architecture will then advise you on your project regarding ideas, design, costs, what approvals are required etc…
Upon your approval, BR Architecture will carry out any measurement surveys and draw up plans as existing.
From our initial meeting and design brief, we will produce Sketch Scheme designs and Planning Drawings for you approval and submit Planning Application on your behalf.
Once Planning has been granted we will take your project through to the final design stage and produce detailed Building Regulation Drawings and submit a Building Regulation application to Building Control.
