BR Architecture was engaged by a Private Client to Design their Dream Home, which consisted of a Total House Transformation.
The Existing Dwelling was a 1950’s Dormer Bungalow, the Roof was removed and the New Design feature was to add 2 other storeys to convert this property into a Modern / Contemporary Home with Stunning Sea Views from the Bennar Headland in Abersoch.
The Design included a large Balcony at First Floor Level and a Stunning Roof Terrace to encompass the Views, it also included a Stunning Master Bedroom Suite refurbishment.
The External Finishes were chosen to be completely cladded over with TIER Stone Cladding & IRO Timber Cladding.
