This is one of our favourite major home transformation projects.
This 1960s rundown property has been completely transformed into a stunning modern/contemporary 4 bedroom property overlooking the sea in Treaddur Bay, Anglesey, North Wales. The project consisted of removing most of the internal walls and the whole roof and then we designed a large 2-storey extension on the side and a glazed link extension with a lovely open-tread staircase. Then we designed a whole new roof conversion over the existing structure and extensions to form this stunning property.
Most internal walls were removed to create an open plan kitchen/dining/living area to enhance the views over the sea. Also, this was designed as an upside down house with most bedrooms on the ground floor and living areas upstairs.
