BR Architecture was engaged by a private client to design a luxury New Build replacement dwelling.

This spectacular House was designed to maximise the amazing views of Conwy Castle and enhance the kerb appeal to the Front Elevation.

The Grand Hallway has a circular design with an “Ash” Helical Staircase up to a suspended Gallery Landing with an open plan book library off it.
